What is a custom order?

2. All custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is non-refundable, as we will be ordering the game specifically for you.
3. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the game.
4. Custom orders can take 2 -3 weeks to arrive, depending on availability and shipping times.
5. While we strive to fulfill all custom game orders, please be aware that there may be limitations based on availability and necessary licenses. We will inform customers of any restrictions that may apply to their specific requests.
