Refund Policy

We at Gamer's Haven value our customers and their satisfaction. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, we have established the following refund policy.

Refund Period
Customers are eligible for a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase. If three (3) calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Items received malfunctioning or damaged due to manufacturing defects are also eligible for a refund within the three (3) day refund period. Please provide a detailed description and, if possible, photographic evidence of the malfunction when requesting a refund.

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any items. If you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or model, you will need to request a refund within the three (3) day refund period and make a new purchase for the desired item.


Custom Orders

Our custom orders return policy is designed to provide a fair balance between the needs of our customers and the high standards we maintain for our custom orders. Custom orders are 50% refundable within three (3) days of arrival, provided that they are returned complete and in the same condition as they were received. However, if the item arrives faulty or not as promised, we will offer a full refund (excluding delivery fees). We strive to ensure that all our custom orders meet or exceed our customers' expectations, and we take any issues with our products very seriously. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request, and any relevant evidence (in the case of malfunctioning items). Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, in cases where the item is malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect, Gamer's Haven will cover the return shipping costs.

Some items may be exempt from our refund policy, including but not limited to:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized or custom-made items
Please note that this refund policy applies only to items purchased from Gamer's Haven. For items purchased from third-party sellers or other retailers, please refer to their respective refund policies.
